Anchor doesn't work: Slider Rev + one pager

Hello,
I’m using X + Slider Revolution on one pager website. I have created whole slider as link to anchor that’s below slider. It’s a widget with id=#langbar. Both slider nor direct address doesn’t direct me to specific location but to top of the site. What have I done wrong?

Solved it. I used hashtag in “id” field. I browsed through your forum and other user had exactly same problem.
