An option to show 'custom' X Demos site to a client?

This may be a little tought.
While talking with a client about his new website I would love to be able to show him/her examples from https://theme.co/x/demos to chose from. However there is kinda lot of your branding on the site: purchase buttons, extensions section and footer.

Is there any other way for me (or us people) to show this on my site beside packing it into an full-screen iframe? So far I have done this: https://pklepacki.pl/demo but as it’s an iframe I am unable to modify it.

I could also show your site directly to a client but modified with Styler browser extension, but it’s still on your url (ss below):

Thanks for writing in!
We are really sorry but there is no option that you are looking for.
You can install those demos in your staging server and show to your client after doing necessary changes.
