Tried to update X and got this instead:
Hi There,
Would you mind to clarify what is the error?
Thank you,
Hello,
I thought I copied and pasted the screenshot URL sorry.
The update failed and now I do not recall the message.
I contacted my server host and they found that permissions had changed on folders where the theme update needed higher permissions. They updated the permissions and the update worked.
Glad to hear it.
Cheers!
