I know you’re still investigating this issue but I’d thought I share where I’m spotting the ampersand not displaying correctly and hopefully this may help with pinning down the issue.
This is in the Documents panel, the custom post type is called Retreats & Events. But it renders as Retreats & Events.

It seems that the content added in the Rich Text section was copied from the Raw section. I would suggest you add the same in the Rich Text again and check if that resolves or not. If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific page where you have already added it.
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
