AMP sometimes showing product images

Hey,
on my site
http://fourtylove.com/top-5-best-tennis-rackets-2017/amp/
the product images are shown BUT
on my site
http://the-hole-story.golf/4-best-hybrid-golf-clubs/amp/
they are not even though they are implemented in the same way.
Any idea why that is the case?
Also on BOTH pages the buttons are not working, how can I fix that?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Would you mind double checking if you have everything updated to the latest version?

If you have, kindly try to login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current Cornerstone directory that is in there. Then go back to the backend and reinstall and activate Cornerstone again.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey,
I updated everything and deleted the cornerstone folder but still the problem persists.

I added login data for you to check the site if necessary.
Thanks!

Hi,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin (AMP). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hey Paul,
actually the problem is on the site of X it seems.
I tested the classic button and the new button element. The new shortcode is not processed while the old classic one is.
What can I do here to make it work like the old classic ones im AMP?

Hey @awecesar,

Sorry for the confusion. This is because the old/classic elements’ content resides in the WordPress Content area. The new V2 elements’ content is stored in the post meta so there’s no solution to this but to use the Classic elements.

Thanks.
