I made a secondary navigation bar that shows the menu for that particular page (with links to sections on that page). It is a horizontal scroll. The indicator for scrolling only shows when it is actively being used, or upon hover. Can you please tell me how to make the indicator constantly visible, and also change the color of it? Thank you!
