Alt text not showing?

Hi could you explain why on non of my photos the ALT text is not showing. ALL my photo have a caption and an alttest… What do I need to do please? thank you
working in Cornerstone!

Hi Corina,

The alt text for photos are not supposed to display on the site as that property is the alternative text that will be used by the screen readers or will be displayed in case the photo fails to load.

if you aim to add a caption to image elements in Cornerstone, you can add the text as a new text element instead.
