Alt Text not automatically pulled in <img> background layer

Hi there,

When using the advanced background layer <img/> element I noticed that the alt text is not automatically pulled from the Media Library, even if the image has an alt attribute set. This differs from the regular Image element, which does correctly pull the alt text by default.

I discovered this after a colleague mentioned sometimes the alt text shows up, and sometimes it doesn’t. After testing, I confirmed that this only affects the <img/> background layer setup.

Is this expected?

I have compared both the Image element and the Image background option.

I believed that this is a bug in the recent release. I will informed our developers about this issue.
