Alt tags for base64 images

HI,

I have built a site using the Gym demo and I haven’t seen this question posed in the forum. My question is regarding the addition of alt tags to the base64 images loaded via JSON. Is that possible, and if so, how would I go about it? Yoast SEO is wanting alt tags for my images. I have found ways to add them when using html, but is this possible for the JSON used in the demo?

Hi Dawn,

Thank you for writing in, the Image element has an “Alt tag” field where you can set an alt for the image.

The base64 images in this demo do not use the Image Element… they are loaded via JSON… thus my question of how to add alt tags to them.

Hi Dawn,

Even though those are base64-images, it was added using an Image Element which has an Alt Text control option.
