Allowing multiple "Email Forms" submissions from one email address

I am having an issue with Email Forms. The form does not allow a single email address to make multiple submissions. It returns an error “We were unable to add your email to the list: this email is already on the list”.

My list is a waiting list that can be used for different workshops and I would like for a person to be able to use the same list over time if they return for a later workshop that they need to join a waiting list for.

Is there a way around this to allow a single email address to be used multiple times for the same list?

I think your question is related with Mailchimp and you might be using Email forms plugin. Please note that only on email address can be added in a single list item.

Hello There,

Mailchimp will collect emails using the Email Form. You cannot add duplicate emails with it. It does not allow you. If you need to, then you will have to use a simple contact form instead or any other medium to get your waiting list.
