The site runs woocommerce and for two of the products the client wants the user to be able to pay a deposit and be autobilled in multiple payments over the next three months.
He wants them to pay $300 down and $146 a month for three months. Are there any plugins that come with X that can do this?

It seems that you are referring to Woocommerce installment payments. Woocommerce is one of the plugins that are tested with X but Woocommerce alone does not have the installment payment option.
You might want to check this Google search results for possible solutions including @mickster58 's suggestion.
