All plugins disappeared on x based site

All the plugins disappeared and this is the second time it happened. I will be providing the access info as well.

I’m not sure why the Cornerstone plugin was deleted, I went to this page http://www.baincil.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home, and it was automatically installed.

All the shortcodes on the home page are working fine again.
