All my pages have vanished

Hi there,

All my pages seem to have no content all of a sudden.
The standard pages are all just showing the headers and footers.
The layout pages that I’ve made still seem to be working ok.

Pro editor just shows new, blank pages when I go to edit them.
I can still see the CS markups if I open the pages in the WP editor.

I’ve tried a server rewind to yesterday’s backup, as well as going back through the wp revision history, but nothing is coming up that way.
I’ve tried clearing the caches - but no joy.

Just prior, I had made a couple of updates to the slider on the home page, but nothing more than updating an image.

Any ideas?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your homepage and there is a JS error. The issue could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Increasing PHP Memory Limit
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

What specifically is the error you’ve noted? That would be helpful in troubleshooting.

Hello Martin,

The JS console errors might be coming due to custom JS or any plugin conflict. I would suggest you check the custom JS box under X/Pro—>Theme Option -->JS or check for the plugin conflict and other common issue troubleshooting as mentioned by my colleague @ruenel.
