All Footers Showing in Tablet Mode

Hi,

I have several different footers arranged for different breakpoints. For some reason, on 768-979 screens all of the footers are showing even though I have them set to hidden.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully I could not replicate the issue. I used the Chrome’s device mode option and all the footer displays in the respective screen sizes. Are you using an iPad or a Tablet? Could you please provide the devices that you have tested it on?

This shows up in Xs device mode within the footer builder representing 769-979px.

Hey Laurie,

Another support staff here and I also could not replicate the issue. Here’s what I see.

Would you mind giving us some screenshots? What browser and resolution are you using? Also, ensure your zoom level is set to 100%.

The only issue I see is the double scroll bar which is mostly caused by content overflowing in the bar.
