All elements on all pages appear to be shoved to the right side of the screen, even the footer. Nothing looks right. It’s unclear why this is happening. I’ve already deleted the X theme and reinstalled it (even went via FTP and got rid of all files before reinstalling) then after reinstalling, same issue appears. I’ve never had this happen before and have been using X for years. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.

May I know what site you’re working on? Based on the screenshot it’s the 808 Heroes site, I then checked and it works okay without that issue. But in case I’m checking the wrong one then please let me know, it’s because due to menu and footer styling is different.
And on the screenshot, it’s probably Integrity stack instead of Renew from the actual site.
But to initially answer the question, that could be due to broken HTML contents. Like elements without proper closing,
<div><span>no span closing</div>
Hence missing </span> could cause it, and it’s just a sample as there are many elements. I recommend checking this as well. https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/very-strange-error-in-pro/52579/8, that might help

This issue resolved itself when different demo content was imported. Not sure why that happened, or if it will re-occur if I go back to the Agency demo. In any case, it isn’t an issue right anymore.
