All elements are empty when editing the pages with Cornerstone

Hi There,

Not sure why all the elements are empty when we edit the pages with Cornerstone builder.

  • All the sections still exist on the right-hand side, but they do not appear in the preview content:

  • Plugin conflicts have already been tested.
  • The Pro theme is up to date.
  • There is no custom code.

Thanks for writing in! Did you revert to your backup? I am seeing this:

Please make sure that the Pro theme is using the latest version, Pro 6.8.4. It is best that you clone your site to a staging site and we can continue the troubleshooting in the staging area. We already had a backup. Feel free to update the Pro theme to the latest version.

It is best that you clone the site to a staging area so we can do the rest of the troubleshooting in the staging area. This is also to prevent interrupting the live site.

There is no staging environment at the moment, so you can debug directly on the live site.

Don’t worry, we already have a full backup.

Hey @archerthefox,

There seems to be an issue with your custom header. I can’t figure out what it is, though. It could be an incorrect style assignment or value.

If you are editing a page, you can do this:
1.) Create a new custom header and assign it globally.
2.) Go to Pages and select which page to edit
3.) Once you are done editing the page/s, you can revert the assignment of your previous custom header.

Can we duplicate the current header and set it globally to see if it fixes the issue?

Hey @archerthefox,

The Looper you added in your custom header is causing the issue. I replicated the header and inserted the “Kitchen Hours” contents manually.

Kindly check any page now.
