Note: SOLVED, but not as should. The guilty for the problem is WPML and it just has to be totally disabled to get things work. WPML was a nasty visitor also because it poured superglue to my admin side loading times big time, and now I just had to get rid off it for good to get things working. That been said, my english translation of the site is gone too. Hopefully I’ll see the day when WPML works rock solid with X.
Hi.
I’ve included blog to my site for the first time and I have bumped into very weird problem which I cannot resolve myself and some of my colleagues who know even better couldn’t come up with the solution either.
The problem is following:
When I add a new blog article, everything goes fine and the article is shown on blog page. Where things go weird is the right sidebar where “Latest Stories” bar shows latest stories with their title as should. BUT, if you move mouse cursor on top of any article link on side bar, one can see that they all point to the same article URL, which is always the most oldest per page. For example, I have now ruled to show only 2 articles per page and on the first page all articles link to second article (which is “And here we go again with another useless article”), then if I go to second page, all sidebar articles are links to fourth article (“Just another useless test blog post”).
I have saved permalinks again, flushed the cache, etc but can’t solve this. I’m not sure whether this has something to do with X or it’s blog page but if so, I would like you guys to take a look.
I am using WPML for languages (WPML Translation Management disabled because it causes WPML not to work with Cornerstone) but that shouldn’t cause any conflicts.
