Alignment in off-canvas

Hi there,

On this page https://thelanguagesherpa.com/russian-guide/ a little way down the page you can see a button that says ‘click here to determine your current level’, which when clicked brings up an off-canvas content area to the right of the screen.

Within the off-canvas content, would you please tell me how I can reduce the space between the header ‘language level guide’ and the top of the white area?
