Aligning column edges

How do I get the right edges of these columns to line up smoothly at full size? When I test it at every smaller size breakpoint, they match up seamlessly, but at full size look like this:

Can you please add this CSS to your theme option ->Global CSS

.e121-39 .x-column:last-of-type {
 float: right;
}
