Align topbar phone number to right isnt working

Hi there, Thanks for great support . Unfortunately I cant seem to work out why my phone number on the left of my topbar wont align to the right, I have disabled my topbar right social icons ( OI just want them at the bottom) and I want my phone number to go to the right. I have used the following code.
