Dear Community,
it was time to redo my website, so I wanted to install the Agency theme, but I do get a message saying “Oh uh, failed to install”. I deactivated plugins, and no success. I get the same issue with the Ethos theme, but could install the lawyer theme… Can anyone help me?

Hey Sebastian,
Since you have successfully imported the Lawyer theme, the cause could be some limitation in your server. Please contact your web host to increase the following server settings to the values specified below or greater.
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 100M
set_time_limit = 5000s
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

Webhost applied those changes, sadly the same error still occurs, right after the screen goes to “Initializing”…
Actually the only theme I can install is the lawyer one…

Thank you, I appreciate every help.
I did clean the server and installed a new and clean wordpress with a new database,etc…
Still have received the same issue, PHP and MySQL is up to date. Those are the latest things that happened.
