After upgrading from 6.1.2 to 6.1.6 our header displays at the top of the page when the page is initially displayed. The header is supposed to display initially at the bottom and scroll with the page until stopping at the top of the page.
Is there content outside the header at the top of the page? In our sticky bar update it does not detect this, and we’ll be having a fix for this soon. Can I confirm on your site?
Another user had a similar issue which was related to content outside of the header and we’ve released a fix in 6.1.7, let me know if you have still have this issue and have a great day.
The site doesn’t see 6.1.7 yet. Do I need to update manually?
/wp-admin/update-core.php if you go to that path on your own domain you’ll be in the updates page. At the very bottom of the page is the theme updates. Sometimes you’ll have to go here first depending on the timing, and after a day or two it’ll show up in the normal themes section. This updates area is also on the dashboard sidebar under “Dashboard > Updates”. Let me know how it goes.
You are most welcome, Jon.
