After upgrading from 5.1.5 to 6.3.7 getting a Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: window.csAppConfig is undefined error

Hello, We are getting this error on every page in cornerstone after upgrading from 5.1.5 to 6.3.7. However if I clone a page and save it I don’t get this error. Any idea what might be causing it? Do I need to upgrade to a different version before upgrading to 6.3.7?

Hi @olwm,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Pro is not been updated properly. I would suggest you activate any default theme and delete the existing Pro. And upload the latest version by downloading it from your Themeco Account.
I would also suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the Pro from 5.1.5 to 6.3.7.
And, if everything goes fine in your staging please try by migrate from the staging server to live.

Thanks
