There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hi Farooq,

Thanks for reaching out.
It might be due to the PHP version. I would suggest you make sure that the PHP version should be 7.4. If the version is already set to the 7.4, there might be some different reasons behind your issue.
I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. CSS/JS Customization
  5. Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credentials to get file access.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hello Farooq,

Thanks for sharing the login details it seems that it was an issue of version compatibility issue. You were using the latest version of the X theme but you were using the older version of the page builder plugin which is the Cornerstone. I went ahead and updated the plugin. There is still a plugin conflict issue with Gravity Forms. I would suggest you please update the Gravity Forms plugin and then activate it. Please check your site now.

In case you have not seen our theme update doc please have a look at it

Thanks

The Issue is still there for other pages and product pages. When i try to add or edit a page or products there shows the same error. Please check it too.

Hello Farooq,

I checked your site it seems that it is an issue with the plugin conflict with WooCommerce 7.0.0. I would suggest you downgrade your WooCommerce plugin to 6.9.4 or a lower version of the WooCommerce plugin to avoid the version incompatibility issue.

Thanks

Hi Prakash,
I have downgraded WooCommerce plugin to 6.9.4 and the error is still there.

Hello Farooq,

It seems that there is a version compatibility issue between WooCommerce and WooCommerce Amazon Pay. I went ahead and checked the supported version and installed it. Please check your site now, it is working fine at the moment. Please note you must check the version before updating any third-party plugin. Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks
