After updating from ∼ PRO V.3 to PRO V.5.0.8 my blog title field has gone missing?

All plugins are fully up to date, as is WordPress’ Core.

Login details are attached. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to no avail.

It seems that there is a plugin conflict. I would suggest you temporarily deactivate the " Vafpress Post Formats UI" plugin and then check it again. Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.
