This what it looks like on my end after cleaning cache. Are you in the united states? It looks like the css is not loading.
An when looking at the inspector sholdn’t I see theme under wp-content with the css inside it?
Do you think I need to update the theme again? If I do can you do that for me? I have automactic updates with you guys.

I have checked your site using a US proxy server and I can confirm the issue. But when I checked your site normally, I did not experience any issue.
I have then tried to login to your site, but it seems that you have restricted access through a plugin.
I see that you’re hosted on A2 Hosting, if you’re using their caching plugin (A2 Optimizer), please purge it’s cache and disable it temporarily. Then try disabling other security plugins like sucuri, clear your browser cache and re-test this issue again.
You may also try contacting your hosting provider to get more information about this issue.
