After update sidebar gone

Hi there,

After updating X theme to latest version , the complete content of the sidebar is gone.
Any idea where this is coming from?

I do see it and there is no x-sidebar element in your archive page. Would you mind providing your admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note?

Have you switched to a child theme? Or does it only happen on that archive page?

Hi Rad,

Very strange right? The sidebar is appearing on the blog pages. All shop pages it does not. It’s already on a child theme, when I activate main theme, same problem. I have attached a secure note.

The sidebar is missing because there is a fatal error on the page which interrupts the display of the sidebar. Please update your WooCommerce to version 3.3.2 to resolve this issue.

Since you have installed a caching plugin like WP Rocket, please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
