After update products page messed up

Hello after having updated my wordpress it seems my product page has become rather messed up…

What was once evenly sized product pictures in a row of 4 has now become a jumbled mess and now only in a row of 2. Even the pagination numbers are no longer horizontal and showing vertically…

Please assist.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have changed the back-end login URL. Could you please confirm?

In the meantime, if you’re using any caching plugins, make sure to purge your server cache and disable them temporarily and test.

Seems you haven’t mentioned your login URL which is different from Wp-admin. Can your please confirm that so that we can have a look.

Hi there,

Thank you for the information. It seems that you are using the Woocommerce version 3.3.0. Our theme is not compatible with that version at the moment. Our development team is aware of this case.

A major release will be available in February which will also be compatible with Woocommerce version 3.3.X. We do not have an exact ETA but the release will be in February.

At the moment you will need to downgrade the Woocommerce to version 3.2.6:

i had downgraded woocommerce to 3.2.6 but no products were showing up… I have disabled the 3.2.6 plugin and reinstalled the latest version. You may activate the 3.2.6 plugin if you can get it working properly.

I’m not sure why you have 2 WooCommerces in your plugins.

I had two versions because I downgraded and when it didnt work I upgraded again and kept the old one there. When will you resolving this issue with an X update?
