After update cornestone freeze on loading

Hi, after update cornestone freeze on loading and we can’t use cornestone anymore.
We use X themeco with child theme. php 7.2 and Wordpress 4.9.13 cornsetone version 4.1.2.

We can access on wp-admin area but when we try edit theme configuration or enter in the cornestone area we page freeze on loading

Thanks for writing in! The latest X theme 7.1.2 and Cornerstone 4.1.2 will no longer work with WordPress below 5.1. Please update your WordPress core to the latest 5.3.2 as well.

If updating WordPress core is not helping, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

– WordPress Admin username / password
