Hello,
i updated a customers website which hasn’t been updated since a few years… There were a few bugs which i was able to fix, but there is a problem with the WPML Translator which I am unable to solve…
The german Translations works properly, but the english translation is only shown on career and events… The other Sites (Home / About Us / Products / Contact / Company Details) are not displayed although the translation is there at the backend…
Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve tried logging into your site but the credentials are not working. I’ve actually been chatting with WPML recently and they’ve improved the integration for WPML 4.5 but that is still in development. If we can take a look at your site hopefully we can come up with a solution until then.

Hi, it didn’t worked (even with the newest PRO Version).
I had to translate the german string manually…
That is ok now except for one page (

It t seems, that the whole site is empty (or crashed with the 4.0 PRO Version?!) at the pro builder and i have no idea how i can make this site visible on the english version… Although the english string is still available at the WPML Translation Managing Tool… Any idea how to fix this issue?!

Hey Pascal,
Your English product page is empty because it looks like you haven’t used the Translation Flags to translate to English (see image in the secure note).
Please build the content of your English product page using the Content Builder and check the English page version.

It seems that the English version does not have any content to show and you need to create it from the Scratch or by Cloning Existing one. I would suggest you clone the existing Product template and change the content to English to get the output. Please find the screenshot describing the options.
