After purchase - Downgrade from Pro to X

I purchased a PRO license for a client but I’d like to downgrade it to X, is this possible? We haven’t done any customization yet so we can do a clean install, just need the ability to install an X theme for this project vs. the pixel perfection of PRO. Is this possible for a new license purchase?

Thanks for writing in!

Going through the ticket it seems that you have purchased a fresh Pro Theme license and that this is a case of X to Pro conversion.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. If you have purchased a fresh licence of Pro theme then the same can’t be converted back to X Theme.

Having said that you have the option of not using the Header and Footer builder as that’s the main differentiating factor between X and Pro Theme. You can continue using default Header and Footer instead of Header and footer builder.
