Hi @gamalgxg,
Thanks for writing in.
After installing the theme, cornerstone will automatically be downloaded. If still the cornerstone is not showing. Please reinstall your Theme again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
I tried more than ten times but all failed
Hi,
Based on your screenshot I can see the Cornerstone plugin.
Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do, we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Why does not an icon look like this screen shot
I’m sorry but I tried a lot and I followed this video on youtube but did not succeed
I followed this video in detail
Hi There,
On The newer version of X you will find on your Wordpress Top Admin Bar and X instead of Cornerstone.
You can hover X and choose launch > content > select the specicfic page > edit
Or if you are already on the page , hover > x > edit page.
Hope it helps
Even a hosting company does not know what the problem is!
What is the solution?
Hi There,
Sorry but your question is getting confusing, please clarify.
On your screenshot, you’re pointing to the Cornerstone panel and Edit with Cornerstone on the adminbar. That is on the old version.
The Cornerstone panel in moved under X, if you’re using X theme
The Edit with Cornerstone on the adminbar is moved under X as well
But your page need to be built in Cornerstone first before you can see this Edit Page under X. If not then this will not show up.
Most importantly, please clarify what you’re trying to do so we can guide you properly.
Thank you.
So far the problem has not been resolved!
Do you want to access my control panel and preview the problem?
What are the operating requirements for the theme?
Hi,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note
All the best!

Hi There,
Upon further investigation, you are running PHP version: 5.4.45
Newer versions of WP require 5.6 or superior in order to run without issues.
Please request an update to your hosting provider.

Hi There,
On your admin dashaboard navigate to Dashboard > WP-ServerInfo and you’ll see that your PHP is version 5.4.45, WordPress recommends atleast 5.6
Address that PHP verson issue first and if that did not work, kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to either turn off the mod_security
rules for your website or exclude the Page Builder URLs from their security rules. For more information regarding the mod_security
rules kindly read the article below:
