After install Pro and Design Cloud won't load

Hi there,

I just recently installed the Pro theme (unlimited liscence). However, Cornerstone or Design Cloud will not load. I just see a large circle loading. I tried updating everything- I don’t have any new plugins so there should not be any plugin conflict. I also did clear browser Cache but that didn’t do anything.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your settings it seems that it is an issue with the cache, I would suggest you please please purge all the cache from the SiteGround Optimizer plugin and temporarily deactivate the SiteGround Optimizer plugin then check it again. I would also suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check or check it in the private mode of the browser.
