Thanks for writing in! You may be having some caching issues. Please take a look at this guide to resolve your issue.
By the way, I can see that you have installed W3 Total Cache. Clear your W3 Total Cache and your browser cache before testing the site again.

Thanks for your quick answer. I have done:
- browser cashing
- wordpress cashing
- cleard w3 total cache - after deactivated
still the same issue. The last update of pro theme was unfortunately more then one year ago. At this time it was still “pro editor” - the change to cornerstone editor could apperantly not being effected. in the front end everything is fine, it is really the backend interface which does not appear at all.

I have investigated the issue and I found out that your WP dashboard URL is different from your Site URL and WordPress Address URL in Settings > General.
- See the screenshot in the secure note below.
Be advised that Cornerstone will check these fields. The WP dashboard URL should be the same as the URLs of Settings > Generals.

Thank you. Yes I see now, that i reach cornerstone interface if i put the url directly with " /cornerstone". I guess i need to move the site out of the “wordpress” folder on the server or can i do it an easier way?
And: Still a problem with the translations. There is no preview available… there must be another problem?

Since there is an issue with your site URL and WordPress URL, the iframe preview will be affected. Please sort the site URL and WordPress URL.

hey, thank you for all your answers. I have done like you said, i moved the whole site out of the wordpress folder. now for the german language, the basic site, everything is ok.
i still have issues with the languages (EN and SP)

there is no connection to some of the pictures put into slider revolution in EN an SP page. i guess there are some urls not correct, how can i fix it? better search replace? but what do i exactly replace?

like i already mentioned abouve. There is no preview in cornerstone for EN an SP page, because i use for EN an SP different domains. Can I fix that anyhow?

I have checked and found the issue with the URL mismatch, but the URL is different than the first one you described in your post. It seems the problem is with the migration, and all the URL is not replaced yet. I would suggest you go through the following article and please try the migration process once again explained.

Did you do something? At the moment, the site and the back end is not reachable at all
Unfortunately, we didn’t do anything and now the site is showing a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error on our end.

I looked into this WPML issue and just giving you an update. Even ignoring the error you are getting, which occurs because the domain is different in the preview, I run into issues like access-control, issue where you are not logged into the Spanish domain and even ignoring the login part there are some other issues. So I’m going to need to change how the preview is grabbed, which is unfortunate because that’ll take some time. Currently WPML will need to be in directory or ?lang mode, which I know is not ideal. We’ll get this fixed though and I’ll keep this thread updated.
