As the title says, any advice would be nice. Especially for the Reduce JavaScript execution time and Forced reflow, as both come from the theme files.

Regretfully, the core theme files are already generally optimized. You can possibly optimized it further specific to your site but that would require extensive custom development and/or performance plugin setup. Doing so is beyond the scope of our product support. I’d recommend you get our Boost service for this.
