Advanced tabs not working with mobile browsers

Hi there,

Clicking in a advanced tab with a chrome browser for Android does not change tab contents. Same happens with Safari for IOS.
Has this been reported? Any ideas?

Please, help.

Hi,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin(VC ADDON). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Right at this moment, plugins active on our site are:

  • Cornerstone
  • Disable comments
  • Duplicator Pro
  • Enable Media Replace
  • Envato Market
  • Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
  • RSS Link Tagger for Google Analytics
  • Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
  • WordPress Importer
  • WPBakery Page Builder
  • XYZ WP Insert Code Snippet

Given that many of them came with the theme (or to support it) and almost all of the others are there just to modify server, SEO and database issues… We don’t see how this set of plugins can mess things up. Are you sure this is some-of-them’s fault?

We would disable plugins one by one to check things out, business as usual, but this is a MU installation and most of the plugins active must remain “network active”, so… We have no way to diagnose without creating trouble with other sites.

Hi Emilio,

It’s hard to guess without following our troubleshooting steps. You can use a plugin like Health Check (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to troubleshoot for a plugin conflict. Basically when you’re using that plugin, you can test for a plugin conflict without affecting to the front-end of the website. You can see this video walk-through to understand it better (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nO1nP1gBstM).

For further troubleshooting, you need to remove any custom JavaScrpt/CSS added to your site and test.
Then if you have a child theme setup, you need to disable it temporarily and test your issues further.

Hope that helps.
