Advanced settings for layers not working

Please see the screenshot attached.

Why am I unable to find the advanced settings to work with two layers?

Some sections on my website have the advanced options, others don’t. Why the difference? How can I create a section that would allow to make advanced changes?

Thanks for writing to us

To get more layers and design controls when inspecting an element in the builders you need to set “Advanced Mode” as “ON”. To set “Advanced Mode” you need to click on Settings Icon.
