Advanced Parallax not working

Hi, we have used parallax backgrounds before and they work great, but after the update using the parallax advanced settings are not applied to the image.

We have the latest Theme X version, and just in case cleaned the cache, tested deactivating third plugins to avoid any possible conflict and deleted custom css but the result is the same.

Do you have any idea why is this happening?

Thank you for writing in, have you try adjusting the Lower Layer Size? Try adjusting it and see if there is improvements.

If the parallax is completely not working, please provide us the site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Hi there,

It’s not really working on your site, the script isn’t being executed or the options aren’t being saved.

Is this happening on your main site too? Could you try regenerating your staging again from your main site?

Or have you configured your site on both HTTPS and HTTP? Please make sure your main site uses purely HTTPS, or purely HTTP before generating your staging. I see CORS error in the builder and it happens when both protocols are mixed on internal URLs.
