Latest update fails with the following message (see screenshot).

Before doing any updates, please compare the plugin version compatibility with X. You can check it out from here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195
On that page, you can see that latest supported and the available updates from our plugin repository. If the update is not yet release, it will result to an error “Update package not available.”
Can you let us know what the timeline is on an update from X because they are already 3 updates ahead of the version we have installed

We’re not sure but we could forward this request, but would you mind providing more information about the updates and what’s missing in the current one? Example, if it’s important like security fixes then I’ll surely forward this. But yes, it can’t be implemented or release right away as it needs testing first to make sure it doesn’t have a conflict with the theme.
