Adobe Typekit Fonts not showing on external devices

Hi guys,

I’m hoping you can help me with an issue I’m having. I loaded Adobe Typekit fonts in the Font Manager (Proxima Nova and Futura PT), and have had success throughout my site working with the fonts. However, when I loaded the site on my mobile device the fonts don’t load. I have both of the fonts installed on my machine.

Proxima Nova should be the default body and header font on the site <dev.greeneryunlimited.co>. Would you mind taking a look and telling me what I’m doing wrong? I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you for the very detailed post information. You may be experiencing a caching issue. Did you install any caching plugin? Please clear all your plugin caches. In your mobile device, please clear your browser cache too. You can use private browsing mode or with Chrome’s Incognito mode and test your site again.

The fonts aren’t working on the desktop either, and maybe it’s just working on your desktop since fonts are already installed on your desktop machine.

The reason it’s not working is because you haven’t applied the font yet, and you only added it. Please go to Theme Options > Typography and apply your added font to Body and Heading. They are currently set to Inherit.
