Adobe Fonts not displaying in frontend

I am using font manager to load an adobe font on my website. On my computer, it displays perfectly on the front end, but when I test the site on other devices, the font is replaced by a default font. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi Dini,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific page where you are having this issue, if any.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thank you, here are my credentials

Hi Dini,

If you are referring to the SHADES OF ALL SHADES heading title, currently, the header title is set to inherit which will get the default font. I suggest that on your header title, please choose the custom font you created called Headings and it will display properly on the front-end.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
