Getting errors on my clients site for adminbar and admin-bar - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found).
I went in to make some edits and noticed the admin bar is not showing at the top, but broken and showing as text on the bottom of the page.
I deactivated all plugins, reinstalled wordpress as well as the x core and still the problem persists.
Would a redirect, subdomain, or DNS be at fault for this? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! By default, the admin bar should always be visible. It will only disappear if your choose to which happen to occur when you install a 3rd party plugin that will remove the admin. This issue could be cause a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If nothing in the plugin have caused it, please provide us access so that we can take a closer look.
