Adjust offset for id navigation

When my id-based navigation is going up instead of down, it uses the top of the viewport instead of the bottom of the header as the top reference point. How would I add the header so that the content isn’t cut off by the header? Thanks!

I couldn’t find that site that has this issue, would you mind providing the exact URL where we can test?

Is it pro header? Maybe it’s initial position is absolute, then you may set it to a relative.
