hi Is there a resource where one can access wireframe templates as tco files other than design cloud?

Thanks for reaching out.
Not sure what exactly you want here. If you want to create some custom wireframe that anyone can access, you need to create it in the Cornerstone and save it as Template to download as a tco file. If that is not the case, please elaborate on it a bit for further assistance.

I am looking for a library of tco files, other than the built-in design cloud, is there such a resource?

Hello Gurpal,

Regretfully we do not have such kind of resources. What we do have is just all the templates in the Design Cloud.
