Adding Text Element

Hello,
Again, I am a newbie here. I am trying to add text above some columns and whenever I drag the text box over it places itself elsewhere on the page. I have uploaded a picture of where I want the text box to go. Could some tell me how to do this? Text box is in red. Thank you in advance.

It is not possible to guide you with only screenshots, Please share a video so that we can follow the steps and recreate that issue on our end and guide you or I would suggest you please share your admin details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

Hello Bill,

The video is private. We cannot view it. In the meantime, go to the Outline tab, find the Section > Row > Column and insert a Text element.
