Adding Social To Navigation Layered

I have a mobile menu created with Pro using the Navigation Layered element. I would like to add 2 social buttons to the menu. Is that possible?

Thanks for writing in! If you have used the Navigation Layered element, you only choice to add a social button is to go to Appearance > Menu > {Edit your menu and add the social buttons}. This method is very limited and too complicated.

We highly recommend that you edit your mobile menu and then use the DIV element next to the Navigation Layered element. You can then add Social element inside the DIV element like this:

Thanks, this makes sense. But when I try this, the div/social buttons are added outside the navigation layered menu. They get added under the toggle. Maybe I’m missing something?

Hi @ehsd,

It seems that you are using the Off Canvas element, in that case, please add the DIV inside the Off Canvas as suggested by my colleague. If that does not work, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I am using a Navigation Layered element as stated in my initial post. It is in the Header editor and not the Page editor.

Hi @ehsd,

The Navigation Layered might have been used inside the Off Canvas element, you need to add the Social Icons into the Off Canvas element. If that is not the case, unfortunately, there is no other way to add that.
