Adding shortcode to element

Hello there, I am trying to add a shortcode to a classic element, so that when it is clicked it provides a pop up window instead of linking to another page. I’ve provided a few screen shots to hopefully provided a bit of an example of what I am trying to do.

I am trying to add the short code to the ‘Order Delivery’ box on the right:

Are you facing any while adding the shortcode or is it not working properly? Please try adding the shortcode after <span>Order Delivery</span> tag and see how it goes. Having said that, it seems that the shortcode is of a third party plugin. Please note that any customization related with 3rd party plugin falls outside the scope of support we can offer.
