I am using a different theme location with Menu Swapper plugin to show different menus per page. I noticed the search icon is missing from locations that aren’t the primary one. Is there a way to assign it to all theme locations?

The Search menu item were integrated in the theme to be displayed in the primary menu. Making it appear in all menu will require custom development which is beyond the scope of our support already. You will need to code it or contact a 3rd party developer to do this customizations for you.
