Dear support,

We will need to build a website which would let viewer fill a 15 question quiz. I haven’t been able to find any information on anything like that in your knowledgebase.

Would you please be able to suggest a way to do it?

Actually your requirement is very specific and it’s a bit difficult for us to maintain a KB for very specific requirement when there is little demand for the same. However, you can take a look at the WordPress plugin repository.

I am sharing few plugins that you can take a look. Please note that the plugins I am going to share is not a official Themeco advice. It’s just a personal input that I am sharing with you to help you get started. 3rd party plugins may cause some issues and we won’t be able to provide support in that scenario.

We are really sorry but we don’t have any idea about that Quiz Builder. There is no official recommendation from Themeco.
You can try it yourself.
