Adding Post Category to Modern Slider

Using the Modern Slider Post Carousel, I am trying to specify a category of posts rather just recents. I have tried using a meta key for dynamic content already as well as “Current Post Terms” with “Categories” set as the taxonomy and neither of these worked.

Is tit possible to specify what posts are being adding to the carousel?

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your Slider and in your Looper Provider, use the Looper Provider Query Builder. Select the Post type and the Taxonomy (category) of the post that you want to display.
